About Me

Hi! I'm Andrea Pask, though most people call me Andie. I'm a certified strength, nutrition, and run coach, an ultra runner, mom, and your biggest hype-girl! I'm passionate about helping athletes of all levels discover what they're capable of through strength training, smart fuelling, and consistent support.

I've worked in the fitness industry since 2006, have taught thousands of classes, and learned firsthand how proper fuelling and progressive strength training can completely transform your running - taking you to places you never thought possible.

I value authenticity, open communication, and hard work - and I strive to ensure that every client of mine feels supported, understood, and empowered in their journey!
